Job: New/Used Truck/Bus Sales Representative

Schedule: 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Compensation: Based on experience

Location: Marshfield, WI

Frequent travel and events will require extended hours and overnight stays. The new/used truck salesmans job is to pursue any and all sales opportunities presented to you at Ascendance Trucks Centers, formally Mid-State Truck Service. This person will do so in a courteous and professional manner. This person will be self-motivated to learn all the features of the product line available at Ascendance Trucks.Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the "Employee Handbook". Be prompt in reporting for work, be consistent in displaying a fitting appearance for a sales professional. Demonstrate a good and proper attitude to customers, suppliers and fellow employees at all times. Appearance is to be business casual. No blue jeans except Friday's, athletic shoes, sweatshirts, excessive jewelry. Clean shaven is preferred, but if mustache or beard is desired, they are to be short and trimmed at all times.Be familiar and abide by all laws concerning Ascendance Trucks. Including; vehicle sales, licensing, franchise, repair, warranties, taxes, credit, advertising, and others concerning consumer protection. Make every effort to assure any parts, materials or supplies consumed or leaving the company premises are properly billed to the appropriate department or unit. Independently utilize all training materials that are related to any products that are offered for sale or serviced by Ascendance Trucks.Exercise proficient communications with all employees, managers, customers and suppliers of Ascendance Trucks. Attend all meetings, training sessions, and other functions as directed by management. Maintain and exercise methods for customer satisfaction at all times. Resolve any and all customer complaints or concerns. If unable, seek assistance from management. Enter daily new customer information on the applicable sales program for this use. Keep your work area clean and in order at all times. Assist in keeping the Ascendance facility as a whole clean and orderly. Report all possible safety hazards to management immediately. Assist in keeping sales lot clean, orderly and rotated on a regular basis. Maintain written inventory weekly as directed by management. This is a statement of general responsibilities for this position. It is not meant to include all duties. Additional duties and changes in duties will vary with company need.
